Joseph Trabert - Financial Advisor

Joseph founded KEI Financial in 2002.  Prior to opening KEI, Joseph worked for MetLife, the largest insurance company in the world as a financial consultant.  After a successful career with MetLife, Joseph felt that he could serve his clients better if he had a broader selection of products.  As an independent consultant Joseph is not obligated to offer products from only one firm.  In fact, if you visit the company quick links page you can see the wide range of companies whose products we use.  Joseph Trabert has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has continued his education on financial planning.

Joseph Trabert holds his Series 6, 63 & 65 Securities License's and is currently registered in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington and Pennsylvania.

Joseph Trabert also has a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation from the institute of Business & Finance.

Joseph Trabert is licensed to sell insurance products in California and Oregon including: Annuities, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Long Term Care products.

Joseph Trabert is also advisory licensed in California.

Jon Dearborn - Registered Sales Assistant

Jon Dearborn joined the KEI Financial team as a registered sales assistant in 2014.  Jon has more than 25 years in the financial services industry and worked as a registered representative at his previous firm.  Jon is a retired school employee and worked in the Ontario Montclair School District as a teacher for 14 years, an assistant principal for 1 year and a principal for 18 years.  Jon has extensive knowledge in the 403b and 457 markets and has great insight on CalSTRS and CalPERS as he himself has been a member of CalSTRS as an educator.  Jon enjoys watching, tracking and researching the stock market paying special attention to the precious metals sector.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and grandson in his spare time.
